SLING & RIGGING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
At Tiger Offshore Rentals, we believe that compliance is the first step to success and that applies to our Lifting Services as well.
Lifting is a necessary component of logistics and oilfield operations, so we put a high demand on getting it done right to comply with API RP-75 safe practices. We have the safest compliance management program for lifting slings and rigging covering dockside locations, drilling rigs and production facilities. Our facilities use the highest quality slings and rigging materials to safely protect personnel and ensure operations are efficient. With Tiger, you have:

OVERVIEW
- Created in 2015, Tiger Offshore Rentals is the only stand-alone CCU provider to offer recertifying and manufacturing of lifting slings in-house.
- DNV certified in 2018 for manufacturing and recertification of lifting slings.
- This process allows for faster turnaround times as well as lower cost points to the customer.
- Our program includes RFID tagging system.
- Our unique tracking system allows for individual information regarding lifting slings dates as well as movement history.
- Our program provides a logistics coordinator to provide tracking, reporting, and certifications.
SLING ASSEMBLY
All of Tiger’s facilities fabricate a wide range of wire rope slings compliant with international standards.
EQUIPMENT
- Nylon slings: 2, 4, & 6 part lifting assemblies, shackles, come-a-longs, and chain falls.
- 1st and 2nd inventory packages will be all new equipment. 3rd and 4th packages will consist of re-certified equipment.
- All equipment is discarded after the completion of the two-year cycle.
- The equipment will have individual serial numbers assigned for tracking and documentation, as well as color coding for distinction of every package.

TESTING & INSPECTION
Tiger provides meticulous testing and inspection services on a wide range of lifting equipment, so our customers can be assured that their operations are compliant with international standards. Additionally, we offer non-destructive testing in a variety of disciplines and techniques.
DOCUMENTATION
Tiger provides a pdf electronic and hard copy documentation that states all equipment was tested two times the maximum load capacity at date of manufacture with testing certification. As a result, you get complete traceability of all equipment, including if it is returned damaged and expired.
