Leadership Team Tenure:

Anthony has held the post of International Technical Manager since 2019, prior to which he held the position of Country Manager Guyana Operations from 2012 to 2019.

He was hired by Tiger Tanks Trinidad (TTTU) in 2009 as the Manager for Business Development and Waste Management, a position he held until 2012.

Career:

Anthony Superville’s career for the last 45 years Petroleum Upstream and Downstream Industry, in various senior leadership and environmental management positions with a strong background in Strategic Marketing.   His leadership portfolio at Tiger Tanks Trinidad has spanned the last 16+ years.  Presently he is responsible for providing technical support locally and regionally on environmental and waste management issues, acquiring regional regulatory permits, ensuring compliance, managing the Company’s environmental and regulatory issues, developing cost effective and environmentally compliant environmental procedures for challenging waste streams.

Mr. Superville was instrumental in the design and construction of the Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility in Trinidad and the first Regulator Permitted Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility in Guyana for the processing of drilling waste, primarily from an Offshore exploration project for Repsol Exploracion S.A and later expanded the Facility to meet the needs of the ongoing Exxon Mobil Exploration & Production Project. 

Anthony holds certification in Drilling Fluids Engineering, applied Drilling Technology and Drilling Engineering  (NL  Career Development Center in Houston Texas) Environmental Management (Cipriani Labour College), Environmental Law, Process Safety Management (CSC) and IMO OPRC Level 1 &2, Drilling Waste Management – A Novel Approach, and The Challenges of Local Oil Spill Response.  Anthony is also a Certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Skills & Experience:

Mr. Superville brings to TTTU his business acumen from the Petroleum Upstream and Downstream Industry and his wealth of knowledge from pursing international certifications.  As a result of his global mindset, he is instrumental in spreading the Tiger Brand regionally and is greatly focused on internal training, development and mentoring of the Company’s next generation of professionals.
