Career:

Karl Graffte is the International Operations Manager for Tiger Offshore Rentals. In this role, Mr. Graffte directs all aspects of Tiger’s operations across Africa, the Mediterranean, and Europe—overseeing yard management, sales support, administrative processes, and finance. Under his leadership, Tiger’s regional presence has expanded into new countries and strategic locations, with streamlined teams and procedures that have driven operational excellence. Mr. Graffte is a proven leader, credited with implementing advanced equipment preservation methods, enhancing safety protocols, and assembling specialized project teams for maintenance and NDT services. He takes pride in delivering well-maintained offshore rental equipment and exceptional customer service to Tiger’s clients around the globe.

Previously, Mr. Graffte served as East Africa & Mediterranean Operations Manager and as Country Manager & International Operations Lead. Since joining Tiger in 2011 as part of the Special Projects Team, he has played a pivotal role in establishing new yards, training local workforces, and setting up robust logistical frameworks throughout Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Cyprus, and beyond. In every role, Mr. Graffte has upheld Tiger Offshore’s commitment to safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations.

With his deep technical knowledge and detailed understanding of operations management, offshore logistics, and global energy markets, Mr. Graffte is dedicated to growing Tiger’s value through strategic expansion and safe, reliable rental equipment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with dual majors in Marketing and Management, from the University of South Carolina–Aiken. Driven, diligent, and determined, Mr. Graffte continues to elevate Tiger Offshore Rentals’ services and capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
