Career:

Jonathan began his tenure with Tiger Offshore Rentals in March 2018, immediately following his graduation from high school. Starting as a Service Technician, he quickly advanced his skill set to include welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for the company. Driven by a desire to understand all facets of the operation, Jonathan embraced every task, regardless of its size or complexity. In 2021, he was appointed as the Foreman, where he faced new and increasingly challenging responsibilities. Collaborating closely with his Manager, Jonathan played a pivotal role in elevating operations to unprecedented levels of success and professionalism. His contributions are instrumental in reducing delivery times, ensuring equipment meet the highest standards, helping sustain the company’s ISO 9001 program for quality and consistency, and committed to being respected and an effective leader, ensuring operations are executed at peak efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

With six years of dedicated experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Level 2 NDT certification, Jonathan has a comprehensive understanding of material integrity and quality assurance. His knowledge extends to welding processes and sling construction, complemented by hands-on expertise in operating load testing equipment.
