As Tiger Offshore Rentals’ Commercial Manger, Mrs. Hughes wears many different hats for the organization. With her eye for details, Crystal combines accounting and financial expertise with customer service management.
Mrs. Hughes joined Tiger in 2010 and her significant responsibilities include the roles of accounting, finance, rental contracts, ISO 9001:2015, human resources, customer service, KPI specialist, and Basis trainer. Crystal also serves as a billing and collections manager working directly with Tiger’s facilities throughout the Gulf of Mexico, Canada, Mexico, South America, Africa, the Mediterranean, Europe, and the Middle East to ensure rental tickets are processed and billed accordingly.
Mrs. Hughes graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University.
Mrs. Hughes is a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a deeply ingrained love of learning, and Tiger Offshore provides the perfect environment for her skillset. Crystal’s diverse skills include RTMS, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Office, TrakQuip, Basis, Personnel Management, and Customer Relations.
