OVERVIEW

Rotterdam is the second-largest city in the Netherlands after the national capital of Amsterdam. It is in the province of South Holland and part of the North Sea. Rotterdam is the absolute leader in northwest Europe in the petroleum market. The 100 +/- million annual tons of crude oil entering Rotterdam are almost entirely destined for refineries in the port itself and in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In addition to the import and crude oil storage, the port of Rotterdam also offers opportunities as a distribution hub for petroleum.

Tiger Offshore Rentals recently entered the North Sea and surrounding European markets with a yard in the Netherlands.
