Navin started his leadership tenure with the Company as Technical Services Managern 2007, a position he held until 2012.  After this he progressed to the post of Assistant General Manager until 2022 and then he was promoted to the position of Regional and Commercial Manager Tiger Tanks Trinidad

Career:

Navin Persad’s career for the last 25 years has spanned the upstream, midstream and downstream Energy Sector with a focus on Environmental Management.   His leadership portfolio at Tiger Tanks Trinidad has spanned the last 17+ years where he has been responsible for Operational, Engineering, Business Development, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Commercial for the Trinidad and Guyana facilities and more recently Colombia.

Mr. Persad also provides technical support to parent Company, Tiger Offshore, in new market areas and to sister companies within the Tiger Global group. He is also Commercial lead and technical support for Trinidad operations and regional projects in Guyana, Suriname, Colombia and Northern South America.  Over the years, Mr. Persad has managed numerous cradle-to-grave projects for multinational operators offshore as well as on downstream plant turnarounds.  He has all round experience and knowledge in vessel and tank cleaning, waste, and fluids management.  He is a specialist in negotiations for high-level Master Service Agreements (MSA) and contracts with multinational operators.

Navin holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Physics, Upper Second-Class Honors from the University of the West Indies and is also Lead Auditor Certified (ISO 9001:2015).
